Homemade Isotron Antenna?

The Isotron Antenna has been proposed as a viable approach to short length Medium Wave radio transmitting antennas. Now some intrepid souls are trying home brew versions. Read more on the PCS-Eletronics forum, here on the Home Brew Isotron thread.
